A registered audiologist will take an impression of the inside of your ear using a soft silicone impression material that is injected into your ear and allowed to set for 5 to 8 minutes, before being gently removed. The process is quick and painless and takes about 10 minutes to complete.

Your custom-made silicone ear pieces

Your voucher is sent with your impressions to ACS, the pioneering developer of soft, custom-made silicone ear pieces. Once your impressions are received, ACS will contact you for payment.
