Ordering from iheadphones is both safe and secure, as well as very straightforward and easy for you. We don't request any information other than the absolute necessary to process your order and deliver your goods, and you can be assured that none of your details will be passed on to any third parties for any purposes. As a web based company, ordering on-line is very much encouraged, it is quicker both for you and for us, as well as more secure. When you submit your order on-line, your card details are encrypted in the highest form of internet security possible; even iheadphones does not have access to your card details as payment is processed by Barclaycard Merchant Services.

How to order

Step 1: Simply browse or search our site to find the products you are interested in. Add them to your shopping cart by clicking the ORDER button. When you add an item to your basket you will be taken to the checkout page, which shows you what is in your basket. From this page, you may continue shopping, or proceed with your purchase by clicking on the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.

Step 2: Once you are ready to make a purchase, click on the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button on the shopping basket page. We'll need to know your name and address (your details will not be passed on to anyone else) and you should enter an easy-to-remember password of your choice so you can save time when you shop with us in the future. Once you have filled in all your details, click the ORDER NOW button.

Step 3: The final screen in the checkout process is the credit card details page. Here you can check over your order and edit your shipping details if they are incorrect. Once you are happy that all details are correct, simply enter your credit card details and click PROCESS ORDER button. When you enter your address, all your information is encrypted for safe transmission to our warehouse. Our staff only have access to your order and delivery details. Your credit card details are kept completely encrypted at all times and are not stored on our servers at all.

Paypal Payments

Click the "Pay Using Paypal" button and follow the on-screen instructions, you will be directed to Paypal's secure payment pages

We can only accept Paypal payments with confirmed addresses as recommended in the Paypal Seller Protection Policy.

Bank Transfer

Select "Bank Transfer" from the drop down menu in the "Other Payment Type" section and click "Continue". Your order will then be stored and you can deposit the money into our bank account using the following details:
