Within 7 days of receipt of your order, you may return almost any item for
almost any reason with no restocking fees or other penalties.
Our generous 7 day return policy allows you to return almost any product for any reason. When returning a product, you can request an identical replacement item, exchange the product for another product, or request a refund. When procedures are followed, and returned goods are in an "as new" condition, there should be no restocking fees.
If the return results from the receipt of a damaged or defective product, or from
our mistake, we will pay the delivery charges - both to have your item sent
back to us, and to send you a replacement item. In some cases we may be able to
send you an advance replacement unit (pending an approval) to get you producing
music again as soon as possible. This will require payment for the advance
replacement unit which we then refund as soon as we have received and inspected
the returned item/s.
How do you return a product?

We will respond to your request swiftly. You will receive a return authorisation
number, instructions for sending your product back, and an address for the
return. Returned items must be in the original unmarked packaging with
manuals, original documents, accessories and registration card intact. Any
discrepancies could result in being charged a restocking fee.
Exceptions
Products that fall under the categories listed here can only be returned for
replacement if they are defective or damaged in transit, or only for exchange
or refund if they are still sealed.
- If you wish to cancel your order before receiving your goods then you may
do so by contacting iheadphones. If you cancel before the goods
are shipped you will receive a full refund. If the goods have been
shipped but not delivered then you will receive a refund minus any delivery costs
sending the products to out to yourself and also back to iheadphones.
- Opened software cannot be returned in most cases. The
cancellation of contracts for the purchase of copyrighted goods i.e. all
software, sample CD’s, DVDs, Sample Libraries and media can not be accepted if the goods have been
opened or unsealed in any way.
- Goods ordered to specifically meet a customers
requirements are also exempt from these regulations.
- Internal computer
components, such as a PCI sound cards, may also not be refundable if they have
been inserted in to a computer.
- Microphones (all types), Ear Plugs, In-Ear Monitors, and any other items
that touch your mouth, your nose, or your inner ear cannot be returned once
opened due to health laws.
- Returned items must be in the original unmarked packaging with manuals,
original documents, accessories and registration card intact. Any
discrepancies could result in being charged a restocking fee.
- If returning goods are not received within 7 days of the Return being
authorised, iheadphones reserves the right to close the return. This will
effect your ability to subsequently return the goods. This does not effect
your statutory consumer rights.
- Delivery costs are not refundable.
Our return policy is very generous, but these exceptions are necessary; please
consider them in making your purchase. If there are any questions as to whether
an item is included in the list of exceptions before you buy, please
contact us.
Who pays original and return delivery charges?
If the return is needed as a result of damage, defect, or our mistake, we pay the
delivery charges - both to have your item sent back to us, and to send you a
replacement item. These exceptions are at the sole discretion of iheadphones and
its returns department. It is important that if you suspect that your
goods may have been damaged in transit that you sign for the delivery as
"unchecked", otherwise it may be difficult for us to issue a full refund for
goods damaged in transit.
In the case of an outright return for refund, we refund the full purchase price of
the product, but you are responsible for return delivery of the product you are
returning and we do not credit the original shipping charges toward the
exchange.
Do we charge restocking fees?
Very rarely. We can only accept items that are returned without signs of wear and tear
and with all of the original contents and packaging. Contents consists of any
included parts and accessories, as well as the warranty card and manual without
user's notes or markings. Packaging includes all inner and outer packaging,
complete with the original barcode affixed.
Items not returned in the condition described here may be subject to restocking fees
(up to 20% of the purchase price, as determined by our cost of replacing the
missing items including a processing fee for this labour-intensive process) or
refusal of the return. Larger items and items that we ship directly from our
distributors can be subject to a 30% restocking fee. This fee may apply if you
refuse delivery or as a result of delivery exceptions, as well as from a
typical return.
