I have used these phones for over six months now and I am still impressed. They offer a clean sharp sound with a deep but un-distorted bass that is clear and not over bearing. High range is sharp and detailed enabling comfortable, stress free listening over many hours. Initially I found them difficult to position comfortably but after a very short while they became extremely comfortable; I sometimes wear them for up to five hour at a time. Having praised the High and low reproduction I must admit that the mid range is sometimes a little lacking in sparkle. This is not to say they are not above average in this area, more to point out the superior performance at the high and low end of the sonic spectrum. The cans are supplied with two detachable 3 metre cables (1x straight 1x coiled) and a spare set of comfortable fully enclosed ear pads. In a bag that also holds the folded phones. Now the bad news – the plastic yolk holding the cans is very brittle, though rugged enough for normal usage, beware. I dropped mine on a tiled floor and the LH yolk arm broke in two. The good news is because I like them so much I fixed them with epoxy rather that swap them for anything else.
