The HA-NC80 headphones from JVC provide high-quality audio and exceptional noise cancellation abilities in a compact and comfortable design. Neodymium drivers provide clear, crisp audio with a wide frequency response. There are 2 modes of noise cancellation; "Wide" and "Low" for targeting general noise, such as a jet cabin, or lower-frequency sounds, such as bus or train. The headphones operate for up to 50 hours on a single AAA battery.
The headphones have thick on-ear cushions and a padded, adjustable headband to provide long-lasting comfort. The standard 3.5mm plug is compatible with a wide variety of MP3 players, CD players, and other consumer devices. A dual-prong airplane plug is included for connecting to in-flight entertainment systems. The fold-flat design and included carrying pouch make it easy to store the headphones for travel.

Poor Sound Quality Uncomfortable to Wear |
As mentioned in an above review, they are uncomfortable to wear for a long period of time. They cause outer ear pain after around 20 minutes of use, specifically to the helix, antihelix and behind of the ear.
The noise canceling is also poor compared to my last set of headphones (although they cost significantly more).
Style? Not really my thing, if you're after style get skullcandy.
Sound Quality was also poor. Low muffling sounds and static.
All in all, I wouldn't recommend these. Save up for some decent, long lasting headphones and you won't regret it.
(or maybe you will, if you sit on them like I did to mine)

A nice cheap pair of headphones that look reasonably good and have a nice, warm, decent sound quality to go with them. However, the noise cancellation is rubbish, only reducing the ambient noise on the plane and coach I used them on by about (in my estimation) 50%. They are also not very comfortable to wear for long periods.
You would be much better off with a decent pair of in-ear noise isolating phones instead.
